forearms rockers?

Does this help?

Forearm Rockers
Type of movement: Midrange
Auxiliary muscles: traps, shoulders

Think of these like a way to combine wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. Take a moderately heavy dumbbell in each hand and stand up, then curl the wrists toward the body, then away, rocking the dumbbells back and forth, hence the title. These will burn like crazy, but don't let the fact that you'll look goofy grunting while doing them stop you, they're a fabulous forearm developer.

Yeah, and then outwards away from the thighs. Rinse and repeat.

I think there are other far more effective exercises than this. Any particular reason why you want to do them?

As Tot has pointed out, burn means nada. Nearly all the big compounds have some effect on your forearms so make sure you do things like chins and rows without straps. Hanging on to a heavy bar with an overhand grip is a good forearm blaster. Try to do your deadlifts without straps too. Get some chalk to aid your grip.
