full or split body

Any routine that uses primarily basic multi-joint exercises 2 to 4 times per week, split or full body, will work if you eat enough clean food. Based on your weight and height and young age, I would say that the diet doesn't even have to be squeeky clean. You just need a lot of food.
 
i was looking at the 2 hst routines which were already made and i liked them both
i was wondering if i do them 3 times a week do i still just keep the already made rep range or do 15,10,5 rep range? i want to gain muscle and mass
