Got ill during HST cycle..

I'm currently doing a HST cycle with 2 weeks of 12 reps, 2 weeks or 8 reps, 2 weeks of 5 reps + continuation and new pr's. Each rep block has 6 workouts and I use fixed percentages to determine the weight I should use. (start at 75 of RM for that rep block and add 5% each workout)

Now here's the problem. I got ill this Friday, the day I was supposed to do 95% of my 15 RM for each exercise. I'm better now and will likely resume training tomorrow.

Should I repeat part of the 8 rep cycle to get used to the weights again or just jump straight into it at 95%? My caloric intake was sub-par on the days I was ill so I might not be up for those heavy loads so soon..


Any thoughts? Thanks for helping btw.
