Got sick during my HST cycle. Strategic Deconditioning?

I'm doing my first cycle of HST (see Training Log) and I'm on my last week of 10s but I've been pretty sick so I'll have to take at least 10 days off from lifting. I assume I should probably backcycle my weights, but how far back should I go? Should I completely start over with the first week of 15s or maybe just to back a week or two? What do you guys think? Thanks.

Great, that's exactly what I needed to know. I thought I should backcycle so that makes sense to me. I last lifted Tues the 19th. I might start back up Thursday the 28th depending on how I feel, but if not it will be this weekend.
