I've just made a breakthrough on cunfusing my muscles. Let's say I'm doing arm curls (in the squat rack). I just look at my bicep and tell it a riddle in pig latin. I can't believe the results!!!

This reminds me of a guy who tried to convince me that muscle grows to take care of future heavy loads. So I told my muscles that next week, I'm going to lift really really heavy indeed.
