Just wondering if any of you are in the same boat as me or WERE in the same boat as me. I have been doing a 3 day split for the last 2 months and I am looking to change things up. This is my last week doing it this way.
Mondays - Chest/Tris
Tuesday - Cardio (hiit)
Wednesday - Back/Biceps
Thursday - Cardio (hiit)
Friday - Legs/Shoulders
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Cardio (hiit)
So, have any of you gone from a 3-day split like mine to HST?? If so, how would you describe the difference in terms of growth and increasing weight?? Thanx
