I am well on the way to reaching my goals after only 7 months and 3 cycles. I can now squat with 315lbs for 5 reps after starting at a 235lb 5RM. My goal is to reach 405lb for 5 reps in a year or so. From there on? Well, I have a feeling that will be far enough for a while at least and then I'll get around to doing a bit of cutting so I get to see some of my hard earned muscle.
My upper arms have gone from just under 15" to 16.75" in that time and my weight has gone up to 210lbs from around 175lbs! I'm 5'10". HST is cool!
Forgot to add that I did 3 sets x 5s for dips with 110lb tonight and I have a slight shoulder problem. It's my best yet.
