Havent worked out in 2 months :)

I know I know..ive been bad with my training.

and Ive lost a lot of size about 5 to 10 lbs of it to be exact.

IM about 5 6 155-160 now.

should I do a normal Hst routine to get back into it...or try something different to get my strengh up..or is hst the way to go?

You are quite deconditioned now, so take advantage of that for your HST cycle. If you find your maxes now, you will become somewhat conditioned, so I wouldn't bother. Just use some weights that used to be your maxes a while back and adjust midcycle if you were wrong.

Since you are so deconditioned, you could make some awesome gains during this cycle if you keep your diet on track too. Remember that most of what controls your size gains is your diet. HST works and works well, but only if you do your part and eat like you should.

Let us know what kind of gains you make. If I had taken two months off and was heading into HST again, I would be really excited about it.
