I'm new on this site but have been teaching for 4 years.
I have a year 5/6 class in Rome. Challenging kids, 100% non-English speaking background, lots of fights, little interest in learning and I love every minute!

I do enjoy reading about different school systems and teaching practises and condition and have found a lot of great ideas on this site previously.

Please visit my new music personal blogs at
jazz mp3 blog
music ocean blog
electonic music
drum and bass
guitar songs

and please leave all your comments as this gives me support

Thanks,
Fred

I would reccommend flat bench using a thumbless grip and no spotter till absolute failure ...

And all those challenging little kids sound like a good protien source - can you cram thier little bodies into a blender?

The poor guy is obviously terrified of the little kids and needs help.

I would recommend that he watches the episode of Seinfeld where Kramer takes up Karate and gets to fight a whole class of kids (Season 8, Episode 1). It'll be inspiring.
