I only need some that will help produce max growth, providing I have proper caloric intake, and I want to pick the ones that will help achive a good body.
I only want to workout for 50 mins or 60 tops.
squat
deadlift
barbell calf raise
barbell bent over rows
wide grip chins
flat bench
dips
standing barbell press to the front
side laterals
barbell shrugs
barbell curls
close grip bench
tricep press down
lying tricep extensions
I may have to alt excercises and have an A workout and B workout and alternate every other day.
Comments and suggestions?
Help me decide on the best ones. I think I need no more than 9 excercises on any given day.
