Just posted the following as a reply to a duplicate post but thought I might as well add it here too. The server is evidently playing silly devils at the moment.

What is it you want to know? (ie. what aspect of HST is causing you problems?). Not sure I know HST inside out but I have a pretty good picture. Only on 3rd cycle but making great gains so far, so I must be doing something right!
