HELP: Trying to understand HST Better

Ok, I am trying to understand the HST Routine better....If I am understanding correcting it goes like this.

2 weeks of 2x15 RM 6 Sessions
followed by
2 weeks of 2x10 RM 6 Sessions
followed by
2 weeks of 2x5 RM 6 Sessions

Is this correct? If so when do I increase the weight, each workout, and by how much should i be increasing.. Anyone have a site with better detail and routines I can follow to help get me started.
 
I would start by going through the FAQ section on this forum, found here, and download the FAQ E-book and go through that. You have it close but not quite. The RM, or more, is what each 2-week period leads up to. Your first workout should be about 25% less weight than your RM, and you increase weight every workout. If you do that math properly, the last workout of each 2-week period should be about 5-10% above your previous RM.
