As I told on the results post I've gained 18 lbs on my 1st cycle, and i'm currently SDing and setting up the 2nd cycle.
It's going to be a 3 day training and i want to alternate between 2 different workouts, so the microcycles would be:
Day 1 -> Routine A
Day 2 -> Routine B
Day 3 -> Routine A
Day 4 -> Routine B
Day 5 -> Routine A
Day 6 -> Routine B
I'm gonna do 2 sets on 15'2 and 10's and 3 on 5's and post-5's.
Routine A:
Squats
SLDL Deadlift
Dips
Chins
Military Press
EZ bar curl
Lying Triceps Press
Standing calf raise
Routine B:
Leg press
Leg curl
Olympic bar chest press
Cable Row
Clean and Press
Scott BB curl
Triceps Pushdown
Seated calf raise
How do you see it? What would you change? Should I only do the bis and tris exercises during the 15's and 10's?
