Ok so here's my exercises:

Squat/Deads
Leg Curls
Chins
T Bar
Pull Down
Bench/Incline
Pec Dec/Dips
OHP
Laterial Raise
Spider Curls
Skull Crushers/Push Downs
Calves


A couple of questions though?? What order should I put Chins at??
 
squats
chins
bench
t bar
ohp
pulldowns
dips
calfs
curls

i would do this

What faz said our you could just pick two compound lifts per muscle group and rotate A, B, A workouts...just to spice it up!
