hey everyone :)
im new here and had quite a few questions that i will post slowly cause i cant really remember all of them at the moment (ahh)
basically i do not understand the whole HST program and would appreciate on anyone would help me with details.

about me: im 15, 5'5, 150lbs..i have been working out for a good 6 months with proper nutrition and intensive training and i read on bb.com about hst and how good it is for increasing muscle mass (correct me if im mistaken)

i do not understand how to plan my routine or rather did not understand the whole content of HST.
i have calculated my on flat bench press 15rm,10rm and 5rm which are 15 - 40kgs, 10 - 45 kgs and 5 -55kgs ( i just posted this so i can have an idea on how to work on my other RM's and how to add/increase by week)

if anyone could help me on how i should plan my routine week by week (6 week cycle) i would greatly appreciate it

i looked on a sample routine and was just confused by it
