This one brought a big smile to my face.

I stubled over it at an obscure forum discussing HIT (how did I end up there??): <div></div><div id="QUOTEHEAD">QUOTE</div><div id="QUOTE">so in a nutshell . . .
Intensity= degree of EFFORT exerted&lt;-- incorrect!
Intensity= degree of STRESS placed on the muscles&lt;-- correct!
in fact it might have been better to call it &quot;High Stress Training&quot; instead but that doesnt sound nearly as catchy!

I found the &quot;difference&quot; between exertion and stress to be comical. Talk about overstudying your program!
