I've increased my 5 RM for dead lifts to 225!

For a lot of you guys, that's pretty small potatoes, but for me it's big, so here I am, bragging on it!!

Great stuff eto! Many congrats. PBs are what make this 'ere lifting lark so rewarding. In a year from now I expect you to be saying the same about 315lbs. (Darn it all to hell, you did mean lbs didn't you?! 225kgs is one heavy ass weight - unless your name is Liege or SJ.

Definately lbs.

Thanks for the encouragement!!!

Congrats. A PR is a PR and is always a big deal no matter how heavy it is.

Besides, yours is bigger than mine is right now.

Each of my "new" PR's suck because I remember being there before and am reminded of how far back I went and how far forward there is to go.

Each of yours is a cause for celebration because they are truly new.

Damn, I just realized how that looks. I'll go ahead and point it out before someone else does and flame myself.

Congrats to you e2

Awesome man! Keep up the good work!

Now to toot my own horn.

I did 3x5 BW+25 dips pretty easily (PR). I cant wait to see how I do on +35!

Mine is getting pretty darn big, but still not as big as some other guys here. I hope to get mine as big as possible.
My wife is really amazed by it, there is nothing more impressive than a dude with a big....deadlift.

As usual, awesome PR Liege!

My front squat is presently a big fat zero! Perhaps I'll introduce them in a cycle or two. I really want to get 400lbs regular ATG squat first though but perhaps adding front squats in will help me get there (once I've spent a month or so getting in the groove) by putting more strain on my quads?

Congrats man!

Always great to hit a PR, my last PR on deads was 266 and now I am aiming at 288, its a great feeling!

Still shagadelic by Steve's standards, but then again not all of us are that big, he, he, he, he

Thanks LOL. I hate front squats, I only do them because I want to compete in a few years in olympic lifting.

If you start doing them, do them with a clean grip and develope the flexibility.
