Hi all,
I think -as many people already noticed- that muscles differ from each other when it comes to the period of pain after a workout. In my case, my lower-& upper back and hamstrings have pain more than 48 hours (only one hamstring set). Would it be wise to pass over the next workout for that muscle, or would neclecting the pain be more profitable?
