hi guys n gals, i would appreciate a little feed back on my HST cycle.
im currently cutting, and am also short on time hence the rather short excersise list :D

deadlifts, ( with a shrug and calf raise. )
leg press
pull ups
cable rows
inc bench
flat bench
clean n press
skull crusher
db curl

gonna be doing 15, 10, 5, 5 + drop.
4 days per week, followed by 20 min (inc warm up) HIIT.
just came up with this schedule, so will be spending the next couple of weeks finding my max's and SD'ing

Im not experienced enough to critique your work out plan, but I dont think you really need to do leg presses, deadlifts, and power cleans in teh same cycle. Thats probably overkill. Also, you should probably either choose between flatbench or incline bench and ditch the other.
