HST and Carb Cycling?

I am planning on starting my first ever HST program. while doing however i planned on using a types of dieting known as carb cycling. the premise being 1 day high carbs 1 day low carbs 1 day no carbs. you train on high carb days and rest the other two. now with HST the training frequency is in large part a reason why it creates such great size gains from what i have picked up. so my question is will two days of rest in between training sessions instead of one (as per the given M,W,F training schedule) hinder gains because it is slightly less frequent?

any opinions would be great!
thanks,
steve

i wouldnt carb cycle if you are bulking...

if you are cutting it will work fine together, but you may find yourself more tired during and after your workouts.

Check out Lyle McDonald's UD2.0 and use the Mass Gaining Variant. Carb-cycling, with planned pigouts (i.e., refeeds/carb-ups), and the manipulation of the bodily processes to give you lean mass without any fat gain (or very little).

I'm gonna keep pimping this **** until I try it out and it fails me utterly.

Steve, I posted a search result for carb cycling in the HST thread you posted.

Also posting the same question in multiple forums only makes it harder to get a consistent thread going, if you aren't getting the reponses you had hoped just hold tight, if the topic is interesting enough you will get replys.

BTW I deleted your multiple posts, I beleive Tom posted a link to the thread on how to manage the Error 500 issue.

The reefeed thing is a good idea ! I would keep the frequency of the refeeds smaller , because of the novo lipogense thing I do not think to frequent refeeds are good...( every 4-5 days).

Refeed day: carbs ,carbs ,carbs , protein

normal day : do not exeed your daily calorie needs !
