HST and Cutting Question

If you are doing the 6x per week style training, how do you incorporate cardio when it comes time for cutting?

If you add cardio to the 6x per week weight workouts you'll need to be in the gym more than once per day on average.

Or, ist it ok to reduce volume/frequency in order to introduce some cardio training without having to live in the gym?
 
Just do the cardio before the WO or a while later (basically not immediately after.) Run outside if you don't want to be a gym rat. However, with 6x/wk training, you are burning more and more calories every day, so you could sac the cardio and not eat as much as you planned.
