I'm glad i've come across this program, as i'm looking forward to try this programFirstly, i would be twitching this program slightly, by adding 3 additional sets of hamstrings, therfore total sets for legs being 6 sets instead of 3 sets, and keeping everything else the same As all upper body muscles are split up, i,e. biceps and triceps, so it's only fair if the legs are also split up? anyways, i'm going to give this plan a try,any advice?what are everyone elses results using this program?I would be comparing this program, to the regular split program that i've incoporated, in which i train each bodypart once a week
 
I suggest you look at compound exercises, by the sounds of it you are planning to do a lot of different exercises to hit each body part which may not be suitable once you start to get into the heavier weights
