HST, Cutting, 15s and Cardio

I've got quite a bit of bodyfat to burn off. Diet and exercise is the order of the day, with the exercise component being for:
1) Burning off as many calories as possibles; and
2) Maximising the Partitioning ratio in my favour, so I burn more fat than muscle

HST is really great for 2).

I'm planning to work out 5 days a week (M-F). For the first two weeks I'm looking at the following options:
a) 5 x HST workouts [15s]
b) 3 x HST workouts [15s] +
   2 x cardio [HIIT]

Which would be the better option ?

For the remaining 6 weeks I'm looking at the following options
a) 5 x HST workouts [10s, 5s and negs]
b) 3 x HST workouts [10s, 5s and negs] +
   2 x cardio [HIIT]
c)  3 x HST workouts [10s, 5s and negs] +
    2 x HST workouts [15s]

Which would be the better option here ?
