HST is amazing!

I used to post her somewhat..under the same name about 2 yrs ago.

anways after 1 yr off lifting..I just did a throw together HST cycle.

still eating bad and drinking to much.


I lost some fat and gained strength back massively.

during the 15;s...I lost 4 or 5 lbs.

then the 10's and 5's i got stronger.


this next cycle..I will do it more cleanly..eat cleaner..workout harder.


HST really really works guys
 
anyways I am 5' 6" 169 now....13 percent BF

at my peak I go to 158, 8 percent bf

thats after 2 HST cycles..

it was amazing what this did for me.

unless something is proven to be better..Im gonna stick with HST for life.

A fellow shorty! Great! I'm exact same height!

About 156 Lbs @ 12% or so BF, though! Not too far behind!
 
Yep after 11 to 12 years of lifting almost 2 with HST its the best around. just wished I knew this when I was 16...it would be amazing...but hey I just had a little boy about 3 weeks ago.....look out guys with my HST knowledge he will be a monster by 12 !!!...hehe.

I have boys too, one is 17 the other is 14.
