Whilst I recommend that you read the HST FAQ e-book, I'll give you my input:
15's - Rest 30 - 45 seconds/Tempo around 4/2/4 or even higher. Although we just normally slow the reps down during the 15's at least dueing the first 10 until it starts burning, then you can accelerate somewhat.
10's - Rest 30 - 60 seconds (its a matter of preference)/ Tempo 3/1/3
5's and negatives - 60 - 120 seconds (again depends on you - supposedly you will require more rest as the weights gets heavy.
Tempo 2/0/2
That is basically my suggestions, again never written in stone these are just guidelines.
