HST vs. Max-OT

I have been looking around the internet for the "best" work out for building muscle. Everyone thinks their's is the best and they should or else they probley didnt care in making it. But the question is if you have tried both or know about both which do you prefer and why?

I have come to learn that for the Max-OT work out you have to stretch before and after the work out, or else you tightin up thuse becoming more prone to injury.
 
I would truthfully have to say that Max OT is the best workout style I have ever tried for muscular size and strength. However, I also have to admit that it is the hardest for me to stay on long term as I always seem to progress in strength to the point of injury. Two steps forward and one step back...
