Hello everyone, im new to the forums as well as being new to the HST training method. I plan on employing this method as of next Monday. I've been reading on the site, but things are not so clear to me. Can anyone let me know how i should start. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks in advance.

Either in the basic training or general training forums there's a post that has a step by step for setting up a basic cycle. That, and read through the FAQs a few times should get you going.
 
Chest 2 sets
Back 2 sets
Shoulders 2 sets
Legs 2 sets
Arms 1 sets

Do this during 10's phase. Monday, Wed, Friday

Add a set during 5's take away a set during 15's and there ya go thats a ruff HST Vanilla Shake for you.

Dont forget to EAT EAT EAT and EAT
