I'm confused...FAQ VS. Main Page

Could someone tell me why the FAQ suggest not doing SLDL and squats together at all and squats only twice a week and then the main page 10 rep example has BOTH squats and deads 3 times a week?

I'm confused.

Thanks for any help.
 
the main page is just an example of what can be done with your HST routine compared to other routines,if you can do them together do them,but its suggested not to do them together because they are very fatiguing.
