couldnt beleive what i was watching today,i saw this guy doing heavy bench-press with STRAPS

and no spotter if he got stuck under it he would have been f****d,i was going to say something but when he got up and i saw his back on his t-shirt he had
PERSONAL TRAINER

i should have realised.

I'm assuming they were actually wrapped around the bar, and not just on his wrist for other lifts... if so that's hilarious

yea he was spending about 2mins wraping them round the bar.
