Quick question, I train using the princicples of HST modified to suit my life. My cycles are from between 10 to 12 weeks long and start at 4 days per week, then reduce to 3 days per week as the load gets heavier. Then i SD for a week or so. After the SD should i start my weights slighter higher than i started previously and try to finish on a new PB for each lift at the end of each cycle?
