increasing bodyweight exercises.

Hey guys.. new member here and definetly considering HST.
i've got a question regarding b/w exercises such as DIPS and PULLUPS

How should i increment properly? i'll be adding weights definetly...

Just increment as you would with other exercises.
If you aren't very strong yet so you can't do, say, 15 reps on them because it would be impossibly light, then don't do them until you reach the point where you can start off with bodyweight and then add poundage as necessary, whether that's 10 reps or 5. In the meantime, try a similar exercise you can do with less weight, or perhaps a good machine-assisted exercise (but I don't know any, I don't use any)
