increasing weight

hey i dont know exactly how much weight i should increase and the time i should increase it..

Can anyone tell me this or give me some sample workout ppl use ?
 
Here's a smaple program I normally use, put in your own weights.

I normally use the last column, without colour and outside the worksheet and put in my 1 rep maximums, if you don't know them they can be calculated from your 5 RM's.

5 RM is = 0.896226 of 1 RM
