Injured my wrist

Several hours after my weight training, my right wrist felt sore to bend and was sore when I massaged it at the wrist. I can not see any deformity. I can only assume it was the wrist curls I did; it was my first weight session after an SD. Nothing bad happened to my wrist during the workout, it only started to hurt hours afterwards.

Any advice on what I should do?
 
I would start icing it right away.  Use the RICE principle (rest, ice, compression, elevation).  I'd also start wearing a wrist wrap at the gym.  It might not seem like it helps for the first few workouts, but it does a lot of good over the long haul.

First off is a sign of inflamation, if it turns blue it means there is a burst blood vessel (capillary) do not get too alarmed but yes, visit a medical professional for further help!
