injury set back

I'm one week into my 5's (completed 5 weeks) and I pulled a back muscle (playing bball). It was pretty painful for 2 days, but it's recovering nicely now with no pain just still feels tight. This will probably end up being a full week off from lifting though. My question is should I try to pick up where I left off or back-up some in my cycle to avoid re-injury? Or, continue on with 5's but lower all weight by 5-10%? Interested in hearing other's strategy when you are forced to take time-off for small injuries or life just gets in the way. THANKS!
 
It never hurts to back track and is the safest way. I would start at my last week of 10's. Remember, you cannot gain with injuries. You will probably cause more injury.
