Ive just come back to hst, Im in my 5s and gained about 7 pounds since beginning, ive been loosly experimenting with other workout methods and from my experience HST seems the best on a effort/results ratio ? ... Somehow it keeps me motivated more than most other programs, and motivation is key...
I know i could gain alot more if my nutrition was better, id need somekind of program for nutrition that keep me motivated
