Hi, is it encourage to train this manner?

its my first time attempting this exercise program.

Kindly correct me if i am wrong.

I am doing workout A and B throughout the whole week.

Mon - Workout A
Tues - Workout B
Wed - Workout A
Thurs - Workout B
Fri - Workout A
Sat - Workout B
Sun - Workout A

Workout A

Incline Bench
Leg Curl
Chins
Shoulder Press
Calf Raise
Abs
Squats

Workout B

Leg Press
Dips
Rows
Military Press
Calf Raise
Abs
Deads

Mate, you really need to read the FAQ and the Simplify and Win threads, and Bryan's introduction page.

The basic HST workout is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Either pick w/o A or B and or alternate. ie; Monday - workout A, Wednesday - workout B, Friday - workout A, etc...

You can do a 6 day week, and alternate each day, if you have the time/energy/dietary requirements, but I would strongly suggest keeping it simple at first.

Also, as a secondary point, I would always recommend doing deads and squats first in your routine, while you have the energy. By doing them last, you will already be fairly fatigued, and wont give them the respect that they deserve. Thats how injuries happen...

you can do an A,B routine 6 days a wk,but not using the same muscles every day,you could do upper/lower or push/pull.
