Is sd related to cycle length or amount of weight used?
Example ....if you do a 4 week cycle should you sd as long as if you do an 8 week cycle? Even if your starting weight for the 15's and finishing weight for the negatives is the same? Does the longer cycle mean your muscles are more conditioned and need longer sd?
