Before you think Im just lazy....well....I can be, lemme give you some background.
Im currently doing a 5rep workout, so I have a good idea what my 5 rep max('s) would be. Would there happen to be a rough estimate % wise as to what my 15 and 10 rep max might be. It doesn't have to be perfect, I can tweak it as I go, just wondering if there was a general rule of thumb to figure it out.
