Anyone here who's seen the new James Bond movie movie will know what I'm talking about. My girlfriend's constantly saying, why don't you train to look like that?
Seriously though, I've been training for ages now and don't look anywhere close to that.
Any ideas of what type of training regimen to persue for that look?
I'd imagine something with lots of full body exercises with lots of cardio and core work?
