John Christy's article

I read that article last week.  I found it interesting, and actually am considering buying his book.  The 'voluntary tension' thing - contracting your muscles at the end of the positive portion of a rep - is something I've read before but have never tried.  I'm going to incorporate it into my next lifting cycle when I start up next week and see how it goes.
 
This article is what prompted me to start that poll to find out which of the rep ranges gave HSTers the best hypertrophic results.

John Christy's article points to sets of 5s with 3 minutes or less of rest between the sets for longer lasting size gains.
