Just got over the flu, seeking advice

Hey guys,

I'm was in my second week of 10's and had completed my first day (so my 4th of the 10's) when I came down with the stomach flu. I'm just back to feeling 100% today and I was wondering what the best way to go back into my routine would be?

Usually I lift on Tues-Thurs-Sat (I have basketball Monday nights). I was thinking about lifting tonight before work and then late tomorrow night as well. That way I'd still finished my 10's on time and I'd have 1 day off before moving into my 5's.

Ideas, suggestions? I could just start my second week of 10's over again next week too.
 
Just continue with what you were doing. Do one last workout of 10's. I wouldn't want to lift two days in a row like that right after recovering from the flu.
 
After my retard cutting when i got sick...about 2 days later i caught the stomach flu as well. I didn't workout for a week, lost a lot of weight but didn't lose any strength so i am assuming it is water. It is really easy to get back into it.
