Hi Brian!

Do you have (or anybody) the references supporting that lactic acid is good for tendon repair/health?

Thank You!

The references used by Bryan were largely based on wound repair and the work of Hunt and Husain.

Also look at some of the work on collagen sysnthesis By Rennie's group, really good work and lot of it based on how eccentrics may increase collagen synthesis.

Please don't confuse us with science. We all know that the only true principles have come from Joe Weider anyway.

Well, you know us geeky, nerdy and some even say closest homosexual spankers who can actually bench their own weight have to keep the Deal Real, right?

Correction there Mr. the-other-nerd.

I can actually bench almost 1.5 x my bodyweight, and many, many other here can too so the deal is real so much for being homosexual spankers

Holy crap, this is just one of the funniest threads ever to come from a serious scientific question

And I thought Dan missed that post from our "friend" the so-called "Real Deal".

By the way, my head just got bigger, I hit a new PR that I have been chasing for a while.

It was the squats (90 degree in this case) to do 2x my body weight (Bw =70 kg - Sq = 140 Kg), done today for 4 reps, could have done the fifth but got conservative, next time I should use some Ramstein just to get me going!

Yeah I know it is not olympic, I can just see Liege thrashing me for this, but yes I also do those my best there is only 90 Kg though!

Just thought I'd share some more "homo" lifting from the nerdy crowd!
