lateral raises

Interesting article, cheers mate

Very interesting, I've always liked lateral raises as an add-on to shoulder building and many times do them in the opposite angle, lean from a vertical bar or cage onto which I hold with one hand, whilst my feet are onto this bar and my body apart form it (at arms length), then perform the reps.

I have seen this before with exception of the negative phase.

Heyooo...lab coat

I've been looking for his "beyond 2001" book for the last 6 years - did anyone actually buy a copy (if indeed it was ever published!)
