list you weight gains

started Nov. 04 at 174, February 06 was 227. Started to cut and lost 2 pounds in a few weeks. Didn't pay attention to diet and hit 230 by the end of March.

I did gain a bit of fat because I was tired of being skinny and didn't watch my diet as far as calories. I ate good food, just too much.

Bulking rules, I just didn't care because my lifts were all going up.
