Hey, I ws thinking: instead of doing a fullbody workout every 2nd day, could I pick out some of the exercises and do them on the off day? Ex, do the workout monday except for the ab-exewrcises and then do them on the offday??
 
You can do that to an extent specially the abs, and for instance cardio but it is better to keep the core exercises going more frequently!

Sure you can.

This is nothing more than a split system, you are just limiting which exercises are involved per workout but still as Fausto said, as long as you are maintaining the frequency.
