Low Weight and HST principles

I found my max last week and I wrote my program yesterday. I had a problem to apply HST principles when I have low weight on exercices.

In exemple, on shoulder, for the lateral raise, my 5RM = 20. 10RM = 15 and 15RM = 10.
I sould increment the weight each day.. so I dont know how I can do it here. Can anyone help me?

When the weight is higer it easy; for the squat I have :
15s = 95 100 110 115 120 125
10s = 130 130 135 135 145 150
5s = 155 160 165 170 175 180
(where the last column is my RM)
 
You should start at 60-70% of your RM, but for lighter weights, I would start at 50%. Don't progress each workout. For example:

5 5 5 10 10 10
5 5 7.5 7.5 10 10
7.5 10 10 12.5 12.5 15
10 10 15 15 20 20

Don't do lateral raises. Do standing OH presses with a BB.
