Madcow 5x5

I had to take an unscheduled week long SD due to the flu after only doing 2 5x5 w/o's. I'm feeling good now and going to start again tomorrow. Should I just take up where I left off and do the scheduled 3rd w/o or back up and start over? For those who've done 5x5, you know the 3rd w/o of each week is the most intense.
 
You only did two workouts, so you might as well just start all over. If you were a few weeks in, I'd say to keep going, but if you are still in the first week, then just redo the first two.
