Hello,
For my own reading pleasure I have made a PDF Book with bookmarks, with the topics in the FAQ.
Integral copy (some minor details left out, didn't change any content), some spelling errors left out...
I have put it here:
HST FAQ Book
Is it OK to put it there?

*URL parsing doesn't seem to work...oh well copy/paste then
*darn, just noticed I forgot page numbers...if there is interest I'll make a new one with page numbers
