Seeking any input from those of you who use/have used Max-Stim as a means of resistance training. I am weighing options for a Master's Thesis and find this to be a rather interesting topic. I am not taking sides on the matter, so not looking for debate, just honest feedback. If I feel it worth pursuing to answer the looming question (using the scientific process of course), "Does it work and does it work better than traditional set/rep schemes?", then I may do a comparison study. Am considering HST vs. HIT style of training as well, so not sure which direction to take. Obviously I need to get funded (unless I can manage to do it for free, which I think I can), so it would be next year before final results would be published (God willing).
