Microtrauma repair and supercompensation

Ok, microtrauma are done to the membranes of the sarcomeres as well as to the z-lines.

The question is : are they done to the contractile filaments also?

Is it correct to say that if yes hypertrophy works by supercompensation, and if no it doesn't?

Go to my website on page two, called FOundations there is a great primer on muscle physiology, including the sarcomere and it contractil constituents, myosin and titin, thin filament and thick filament.

Then read the studies on the page "muscle damage"

Hey Dan, it might help if you spelled your own web site correctly
